Tube
Stainless Steel Tube is formed and welded on Tube Mills. As the tube making process lends itself to automation we can offer not only the mill itself, but full lines where the tube is formed, welded, cut, straightened, punched, edged folded, heat treated in line etc.
The C.S.M. lines are suited for small diameters of tube (between 6 and 25 mm) with thin wall thickness (0.4 to 1.5 mm). Full optimization is reached for series 300 stainless with a wall thickness of 0.4 mm with which the machine can produce high precision cut lengths at a speed of 17-19 m/min.
We can offer single torch TIG, multi cathode TIG torches or Laser as weld sources, depending on the wall thickness and results required.
We can also offer cutting lines from bar or coil, tube straightening and testing.
