CUSTOMER NEEDS
The customer needed to optimize and enhance their production process to meet new market demands. In particular, their main requirements were:
- To work with electric heating elements of larger diameters, requiring a stronger and more robust bending machine capable of maintaining high precision even when processing larger materials.
- To increase production volumes, while maintaining high quality standards and reducing cycle times to improve overall line efficiency.
- To have a machine that is simple and intuitive to use, making operators’ work easier and reducing both training and setup times.

The new model features more powerful motors, capable of bending heating elements with an outer diameter of up to 16 mm, exceeding the 12–14 mm limit of the standard version.
A reinforced bending head and optimized drive system ensure the power needed to perform heavy-duty bending operations without rollers deformation — guaranteeing greater dimensional precision of the final product and longer mechanical component life.
