Used in the initial stage of the filling process, the tube pre-feeder is a device that correctly positions tubes for subsequent filling with magnesium oxide (MgO).
This device ensures that the tubes are precisely configured for simultaneous transfer to the filling machine, initiating the filling phase. The instrument is available in both automatic and manual versions, depending on client requirements.
The devices seamlessly integrate into the filling automation process.
Single-Operator Management
Only one operator is required to manage and monitor the machine group, ensuring uninterrupted operation between cycles.
High Production Speed
The coordinated operation of the machines allows for a production rate of up to 600 pieces per hour.
AUTOMATIC VERSION
The operator manually loads tubes into the designated hopper feeder, which independently manages the tube movement to the device’s right or left. This ensures that the tubes to be filled are automatically deposited at the pickup stations, consistently in the optimal position for the subsequent phase.
As soon as the operator simultaneously picks up the entire set of tubes—either via a pneumatic or manual gripper—for transfer to the filling machine, the hopper feeder immediately activates in the opposite direction. This automatic action prepares a new set of tubes, ensuring a continuous flow of material ready for processing. The preparation cycle repeats continuously, dynamically adapting to specific production requirements.
MANUAL VERSION
The CSM MACHINERY manual tube pre-setter allows operators to rapidly and accurately prepare tubes for simultaneous and efficient transfer to the filling machine. By centralizing this preparation, the workflow is significantly optimized, resulting in reduced idle times and increased productivity across the entire system. This manual pre-feeder is compatible with tube diameters between 7.2 mm and 12 mm.
